Well-Balanced Menu

Our menu consists of two daily snacks and one lunch. The morning snack is served at 9 a.m every morning and consists of majorly of fruits, milk, whole grain cereals and/or whole grain breads. Our lunches are well-balanced and they are served hot and fresh at 12:00 p.m everyday. They consist of one third vegetables, one third whole wheat and multigrain breads, pasta and brown or basmati riceĀ and one third of protein (chicken, beef, tofu, beans or fish). The afternoon snack consists mostly of raw vegetables and delicious dips, fruits, whole grain or multigrain breads and crackers, homemade granola bars and sugar-free homemade muffins and cookies.
